Digital Greenovation 2023 was a one-day conference on how digital technology and sustainable practice fit together, held on Thursday 7 September 2023 at Thermana Laško, the spa resort in the Slovenian town of Laško. Organised by D-Studio and Magebit, it brought e-commerce service providers and businesses together under the banner “Merchants Guide to AI in 2023”, with talks, a panel discussion and an afternoon of networking. Co-organiser: Magebit hosted the conference with its partners — the first major event it organised with partners that year.

Talk: Straightforward AI guide for Merchants — Kārlis Stīpnieks (Magebit)

Team: Kārlis Stīpnieks and Anete Andruškeviča represented Magebit in Slovenia.

Kārlis gave the first talk of the day, a tour of the wave of AI tools released since ChatGPT and where a merchant can put them to work — the practical side of AI that Magebit also covers in its AI solutions work. He also took part in the panel discussion on stage.

Around the conference, the team visited two long-standing clients: Leanpay at its offices in Ljubljana, and eMundia for half a day of meetings in the Slovenian countryside. The trip is written up on the blog: Digital Greenovation 2023: Slovenia’s Confluence of Innovation.
