The sixth edition of the eCommerce Latvia Meetup brought together founders, operators, and growth teams working at the sharp end of eCommerce. Unlike typical industry events, this session focused on real execution: what it actually takes to sell niche products globally, convert traffic into revenue, and build trust that compounds over time.
This meetup series is organized to create a space for real-world experiences. Held regularly, each edition brings in operators who are actively building and scaling eCommerce businesses, sharing what’s working now, not recycled playbooks. The goal is simple: replace theory with tested insights that teams can apply immediately.
The 6th edition spotlighted the intersection of niche manufacturing and global sales.
With speakers from Latvia’s music technology scene (including Erica Synths and JZ Microphones), the sessions showed how high-quality, specialized products are successfully sold in international markets through smart eCommerce execution.
The focus wasn’t on scale for the sake of growth, but on how the right combination of product, positioning, and buying experience drives global demand.
This meetup was built for people actively running and growing eCommerce businesses. Each session addressed a specific point where most stores struggle:
“The Evolution of Erica Synths E-Commerce: Lessons Learned Along the Way”
Ģirts Ozoliņš, Founder of Erica Synths, provided a practical look at how an eCommerce business evolves as it grows: what changes, what breaks, and what needs to adapt to support global demand.
“3 E-commerce Tactics That Turn Strangers into Paying Customers”
Andris Zemmers, CEO of JZ Microphones, gave the breakdown of three specific, repeatable tactics that help convert first-time visitors into buyers.
“No Detail is Too Small: How Nuance and Consistency Build Customer Trust”
Sandis Romanovskis, Head of Customer Service at Trodo, gave an inside view of how small, consistent customer experience decisions build credibility and long-term trust.
“One Method That Stimulates Customers’ Buying Decisions”
Thomas Bērziņš, Business Development Team Lead at WD Market dived into a focused approach to understanding and influencing how customers make purchase decisions, reducing friction and speeding up action.
