About Meet Magento Canada 2025

Meet Magento Canada 2025 was a one-day Magento and Adobe Commerce conference held on 13 November 2025 at Montecassino, 3710 Chesswood Drive in North Toronto — the first Meet Magento ever held in Canada. It was organised by Snapdragon Media, the team behind Meet Magento New York, with host Marsha Naidoo and scandiweb as co-organiser and headline sponsor. Business and technical sessions, selected by an independent committee, focused on practical case studies, Hyvä best practices, AI and real merchant outcomes for merchants, retailers, developers, marketers and solution providers, and the day closed with an afterparty. Business track. Nigel showed merchants, business owners and e-commerce leaders simple, real-world AI workflows, from AI-assisted coding to everyday business tools, focused on growth, speed and customer satisfaction — practical, non-technical ideas they could act on straight away.

Warm-up: The evening before, Kristaps joined the Mage-OS Canada Warm-Up, the community meetup that opened the week.

• Opening keynotes — Michael Bliah, VP North America at scandiweb, on leadership in the new era of e-commerce, and Steven Singer, CIO of Julius Silvert, on how AI, data and design are rewriting digital commerce.
• Magento Association — Executive Director Mathias Schreiber explained how and why the Association supports the platform.
• Merchant stories — Manny Farooqi told the e-commerce story of AmericanVan.com, and Antoinette Mkwapatira (Hanesbrands) spoke on building an e-commerce IT dream team.
• Hyvä CMS — Callan Zimmerman of Hyvä on rethinking CMS for Magento, with lessons from the past and patterns for the future.
