About DX3 Canada 2025

DX3 Canada 2025 was a two-day retail, marketing and technology conference and trade show held on 4–5 March 2025 at the Sheraton Centre Toronto Hotel. Organised by DX3 and billed as Canada’s largest retail and e-commerce event, it combined a Retail and Marketing Summit, a DTC Forum on customer experience, e-commerce and returns, and an exhibition floor of technology providers. The audience was Canadian retailers, direct-to-consumer brands and the marketers and e-commerce teams behind them. The full programme was on the official DX3 website.

Booth: A 10×10 ft Magebit exhibitor booth in the expo hall, under the line “An eCommerce agency you wish you met sooner”.

The booth walked visitors through our strategy, design, development and marketing services, with a roll-up for Venta, our Hyvä-based theme for Adobe Commerce, and a screen showing our work for the organic skincare brand MÁDARA. We came to meet Canadian retailers and direct-to-consumer brands on Shopify or Adobe Commerce looking for a faster store, SEO and paid media, or custom features and AI.

Highlights

• Retail leadership on stage — Saje Natural Wellness CEO Barbara De Loere spoke on the major forces shaping retail, alongside Staples CCO John De Franco and BeaverTails CEO Pino Di Ioia.
• Canada’s biggest retailers — the speaker list included digital and marketing leaders from Canadian Tire Corp., Home Hardware and Pet Valu, a chance to hear how national retailers approach e-commerce and paid media.
• Practical workshops — sessions covered AI-driven personalisation for DTC brands, programmatic advertising, technical SEO, and a Dropit workshop on cutting over-inventory with omnichannel fulfilment.
