About eCommerce Forum London, July 2026

The July 2026 eCommerce Forum was a one-day networking event for senior e-commerce and digital leaders, held on 9 July 2026 at the Hilton London Canary Wharf. Run by Forum Events Ltd, it is the summer counterpart to the February edition: buyers and solution providers are matched in advance into pre-arranged one-to-one meetings at supplier stands, with keynote seminars, panels and the eCom Mixer evening drinks around them. Buyers’ interests span AI applications, personalisation, conversion rate optimisation, site performance, SEO, email marketing and customer retention. Dates and the full programme are on the official eCommerce Forum website.

Stand: A Magebit meeting stand for the day; Magebit was listed among the forum’s suppliers as Adobe Commerce, Magento and e-commerce development specialists.

Team: Sanita Matule and Valentins Kudinovs (Account Managers) and Kristaps Lagzdiņš.

We booked meetings with merchants working on Adobe Commerce and Hyvä stores, B2B builds and AI-assisted workflows. Ahead of the forum, the organiser’s industry news published our guide How to create an impactful 2026 AI strategy for your Shopify store, on using AI for discoverability, operational speed and smarter retention rather than content generation alone.

How the day worked

  • Pre-matched one-to-one meetings between buyers and suppliers, scheduled from both sides’ shortlists.
  • Seminars and panels from e-commerce practitioners between meeting blocks.
  • The eCom Mixer after the meetings, where conversations from the day continued over drinks.

About eCommerce Forum London, February 2026

The February 2026 eCommerce Forum was a one-day B2B networking event for e-commerce and digital professionals, held on 5 February 2026 at the Hilton London Canary Wharf. It is run by Forum Events Ltd twice a year, in February and July. Instead of an exhibition hall, the day is built around pre-arranged one-to-one meetings between senior e-commerce buyers and solution providers, each supplier hosting at its own stand, with keynote seminars, panels and an evening networking session around them. Qualifying buyers attend free, hosted by the attending suppliers. Dates and the full programme are on the official eCommerce Forum website.

Magebit at eCommerce Forum London

Stand: A Magebit meeting stand for the day, as one of the attending suppliers.

Team: Arturs Kruze.

Our day was a schedule of matched one-to-one meetings with e-commerce leaders from UK brands and retailers, on e-commerce strategy, platform choice, performance and growth. Ahead of the forum, the organiser’s industry news ran two pieces by Magebit: E-commerce trends to watch in 2026, and AEO for Mobile: Optimising for “Voice” and “AI” search, on how brands stay visible as shoppers ask AI assistants instead of typing keywords, the subject of our SEO and AEO audit.

How the day worked

  • Matched meetings: buyers and suppliers shortlisted who they wanted to meet in advance, and the organiser built each person’s itinerary from mutual matches first.
  • Short, focused slots: meetings ran back to back at clearly labelled supplier stands, with seminars and lunch in between.
  • No hard sell: the organiser runs the forum as a relationship event, with suppliers there to listen to each buyer’s upcoming projects.
  • The eCom Mixer: networking continued after the meetings at the organiser’s evening drinks.
