Ideju Druka had outgrown its WooCommerce platform. Managing thousands of products across multiple supplier feeds, handling personalization requests, and coordinating operational workflows required a more scalable ecommerce foundation.
Magebit was brought in to migrate the business to Adobe Commerce with Hyvä and Venta, replacing fragmented manual processes with a fully integrated platform connecting suppliers, ERP, shipping, payments, inventory, and customer personalization workflows.

- Automating product management
Magebit developed a custom import engine connecting Stricker, Axpol, Midocean, and Asgard. The solution automated product, stock, pricing, image, and category management while simplifying catalog maintenance. The migration also included 1,265+ SEO redirects to preserve search visibility. - Creating a personalized ordering workflow
The team built a custom printing and personalization experience with file uploads, print placement selection, dynamic pricing, and mockup approvals. Customers can review and approve production-ready designs directly from their account. - Connecting business operations
Magebit integrated Moneo ERP, Swotzy shipping, Klix payments, and custom inventory logic into a single platform. A custom Kanban-style order board also replaced external workflow tools, streamlining fulfillment and production management.
