Baymard- and CXL-certified designers who start from what Shopify's themes already do brilliantly, brand it as yours, and build custom only where it earns.

The theme ecosystem covers a lot, and covers it well. We brand that foundation and design custom only where it earns.
Every project opens with a theme fit review, feature by feature.
Carts, filters, mega menus, search. Proven by thousands of stores.
Type, color, spacing and imagery until the theme underneath disappears.
Photography, copy and merchandising beat custom code.
Custom sections only where they move the numbers, nothing more.
Money goes into what customers see. Launches measured in weeks.
Layout, hierarchy, and checkout flow decide whether a visitor becomes an order.

Certified on the largest body of eCommerce UX research on earth, applied to your pages.

Hypothesize, measure, keep what wins. Pages designed to be tested, not defended.
HIVEeCommerce Excellence Award
Our storefronts collect eCommerce awards judged on performance and results.
Every badge, banner and block must help someone choose, trust or buy.
The design layer is where stores quietly lose, and these are the leaks we're hired to plug.
An unbranded free theme, straight out of the box. Clean, fast, and identical to a hundred thousand other stores.
Sections stacked without a story: hero, banner, slider, banner, reviews, banner. Scrolling replaces shopping.
Approved on a laptop, abandoned on a phone, where the majority of your buyers actually are.
A fresh look launched on instinct. Conversion drops, and there's no baseline to explain it.
Whoever cares loudest picks the homepage. The revenue path was never part of the conversation.
The identity lives in a PDF. The store could belong to anyone.
Unlike most agencies, our first recommendation is usually the cheapest one that works.
custom looks without custom cost
Our default advice. A theme fit review picks the foundation, then we rebrand its components, tune the UX and let content do the heavy lifting.

when the last 10 percent is your edge
The branded theme, plus custom sections where the numbers justify them: a configurator, a gifting flow, a signature product page moment.
when nothing off the shelf will do
Full UX architecture, a design system in Figma, a bespoke build. We recommend it when the brand and the economics genuinely demand it.
Not sure which size fits your store?
We'll tell you before a single pixel is drawn, even when the answer costs us revenue.
Shoppers don't remember a nice theme. They remember, or forget, a brand.
Type, color, rhythm and photography direction working as one voice, so a screenshot of any page could only be you.
A component library keeps every future page, campaign and season on-brand by default, no drift, no debates.
Storefront, checkout, email and POS speaking one visual language, Klaviyo flows included, since we design those too.
Collections that read like edits, product pages that carry the narrative, content that sells without shouting.
The best Shopify design works twice, for the person buying and the person running it.
Journeys mapped to how people browse and decide, product pages that pre-answer objections, and a path to checkout with nothing in the way.
Everything is built as sections in the theme editor, so your marketers reorder, retext and relaunch pages themselves, on-brand by construction.
Ours are drawn by people who know exactly what the editor, checkout, and apps do.
Designs land as sections and blocks your team can use, not flattened pictures a developer must translate.
On Plus, checkout extensibility lets the brand follow the buyer to the last click, designed in from the start.
Reviews, bundles, subscriptions and loyalty widgets are planned into the layout, not bolted onto it.
Spec tables, size guides and ingredient panels designed once, populated from data, consistent across the catalog.
First drafts arrive while other agencies are still scheduling the kickoff.
Week 1
Wireframes for the key templates from your brief and theme review, so week one ends with something to react to.
3 directions
Multiple visual directions explored cheaply, typography, density and mood, so your pick wins a real contest.
Clickable
Clickable flows before high fidelity, because changing a prototype costs minutes and a build costs weeks.
Weeks to days
Responsive states, copy passes and section variants collapse from weeks to days.
Handoff
Approved designs become theme sections with AI assistance, through the same review gates as everything we ship.
Human sign-off
Baymard- and CXL-certified designers pick, polish and sign every screen that reaches you.

AI produces candidates, designers pick, polish and sign what you see. Speed never outranks judgment

If you can't find the answer you're looking for, feel free to reach out to us. We're here to help.
Usually the theme can take you much further than you've been told. Our theme fit review answers it concretely: what your theme, or a better-suited one, already covers, what branding transforms, and where custom work genuinely pays. Most stores land on a branded theme with a few custom sections, at a fraction of a bespoke build's cost.
It depends on the size that fits. Branding a theme is a weeks-scale project and full custom is bigger, and the theme fit review fixes the scope and estimate before work begins. The theme-first approach exists precisely to keep budgets on what customers notice.
Not run our way. We baseline analytics and UX first, keep what measurably works, change what doesn't, and protect URLs and structured data throughout.
Yes, by construction. Everything ships as sections and blocks in the theme editor, so pages, campaigns and seasonal swaps are yours to publish, safely on-brand.
Both. The same team designs in Figma and builds as theme sections, so nothing is lost between the mockup and the live store.
Not a sales script.
What to keep, what to brand, what to build.
The assessment is yours to keep.
